How Loofta Reduced Churn by 13% with Megapot
Loofta put a shot at $1M+ in prizes at the moment users were about to leave. One in five took it, and two-thirds of them came back.

Withdrawal Was Loofta's Churn Point
Loofta is a social payments app where users send money, get paid and withdraw their balance.
But cashing out was often the end of the user journey. Once users received their money, there was little reason to reopen the app.
Loofta wanted to change what happened at that moment.
The Solution: A Shot at $1M+ Before Users Leave
At cash-out, Loofta gives users the option to enter Megapot for a chance to win $1M+ in prizes.

The Result: 13% Lower Churn
20% of users took the offer. When presented with Megapot at cash-out, one in five chose to enter.
66% of them came back. Two-thirds of users who entered returned to Loofta.
Overall churn fell 13%. Loofta retained 13% of users who otherwise would have left after cashing out.
The integration also became net positive for Loofta, with Megapot revenue now helping fund its wider community giveaways.

Loofta completed its initial Megapot integration in approximately one day.
By pointing its AI coding tools to llms.megapot.io, the team had the integration information needed to start building immediately.
Loofta is now exploring additional Megapot experiences, including Solana Mobile, the Solana dApp Store and ticket gifting across other apps and social platforms.
