+302% Volume per Trader: How Feel.cash Gave Every Trader a Second Chance at a Big Win

Feel.cash lets anyone launch and trade coins on Base. With so many options out there, Feel.cash wanted to give traders a reason to pick its launches, and a way to reach traders who hadn't found it yet.

By building Megapot into every token it launches, Feel.cash turned each trade into entries for a daily shot at $200K.

Since launching with Megapot on Aug 18, trading volume per trader is up 302%, and traders who won in their first drawing had 104% higher D7 retention.

Feel.cash Wanted Traders to Choose Its Coins

Feel.cash integrated Megapot permissionlessly, directly onchain.

0.1% of the volume on every Feel.cash coin is used to buy Megapot tickets for the trader. More volume earns more entries, and every entry goes into that day's draw.

It works wherever the coin is traded. Traders buying a Feel.cash coin on trading platforms earn entries too, giving them a reason to find Feel.cash.

Winnings are sent automatically to the trader's address. There is no extra step and no extra cost for traders. Every ticket, draw, and payout is verifiable onchain.

Comparing the 8 weeks before launch with the period since, across every wallet trading Feel.cash coins onchain:

• Average trading volume per trader rose from $187 to $753. The median rose from about $4 to $78, so the lift wasn't driven by a few large traders.
• Traders who won a prize in their first drawing had 104% higher D7 retention than those who didn't.
• Overall D7 retention rose 72% among traders with $10+ on day one.
• 20,147 wallets earned entries trading Feel.cash coins outside the app. 19k of them were new to Feel.cash coins.

Since Aug 18, Feel.cash traders have taken part in 52 daily drawings with 15,690 tickets. 11.9k wallets have won a prize, and $15.6M has been traded.

Feel.cash didn't build a new feature for traders to learn. It added more upside to the action they were already taking.
